Mezeria's Mutabbal Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggplants
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Optional: Pomegranate seeds for garnish
Instructions:
